I just happened to be watching a little T.V. the other day which I seldom do and saw Jon Bon Jovi advertising Advil, what a joke!

I was so disappointed in seeing Jon Bon Jovi in an Advil ad. I have really enjoyed his music and understand that he keeps himself in very good condition. That’s why I was so stunned, I’d have thought with all his sources and cash, that his awareness about health and wellness would hold him miles away from a potentially life threatening drug!

I know Jon Bon Jovi does not need the money, so why is he promoting this drug? That what gets my blood boiling, celebrities promoting products which have severe consequences to the general public’s wellness! So many folks follow what celebrities do, it makes me sick. I guess people think that if Jon Bon Jovi is taking Advil that it should be safe, right?

So What’s Advil (Ibuprofen)?

Always keep a very close eye on the density of your keywords. Keyword-stuffing is a very faulty practice and should be avoided at all costs. The appropriate number for most articles is between three and five percent of the total text on the page. A density that is too high or too low cannot only look ugly, but may also become avoided by some engines.

Make sure your website’s content is not a direct duplicate of someone else’s content. Search engines can detect content that is copied from another website, and your website can be penalized for duplicate content. Avoid mirroring other websites because it will make your website less effective. Original content is always most effective.

One tip for increasing search engine optimization on your own blog is to guest post on other blogs. This will put your name and blog out there and drive traffic back to your own site. You can always trade with another blogger and both of you can benefit from helping each other.

Consider creating secondary sites in subdirectories on your main domain name instead of buying an entirely new name. New domains are basically held in purgatory by Google until they reach a certain age. Therefore, it’s very difficult to get them to rank highly on the results page. Instead, using an established domain will give your new site automatic page rank.

Avoid adding too much SEO content to a site that is already ranking well and pulling in site visitors.
