I just happened to be watching a little T.V. the other day which I seldom do and saw Jon Bon Jovi advertising Advil, what a joke!
I was so disappointed in seeing Jon Bon Jovi in an Advil ad. I have really enjoyed his music and understand that he keeps himself in very good condition. That’s why I was so stunned, I’d have thought with all his sources and cash, that his awareness about health and wellness would hold him miles away from a potentially life threatening drug!
I know Jon Bon Jovi does not need the money, so why is he promoting this drug? That what gets my blood boiling, celebrities promoting products which have severe consequences to the general public’s wellness! So many folks follow what celebrities do, it makes me sick. I guess people think that if Jon Bon Jovi is taking Advil that it should be safe, right?
So What’s Advil (Ibuprofen)?
Ibuprofen is within a group of drugs referred to as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Ibuprofen works by lowering hormones that cause inflammation and discomfort within the body.
Ibuprofen is utilized to deminish fever and help treat pain or inflammation which is attributable to a lot of conditions such as as headache, toothache, back discomfort, arthritis, menstrual cramps, or minor injury.
Negative effects of Advil
Okay, so read that first sentence once more beneath the headline “So What exactly is Advil”? Yeah, it is DRUGS and drugs like this must never be the reply to ache. It’s the fast fix that relieves the symptom of the discomfort but it is not getting with the root cause. There is a better and safer way that I’ll share with you but initial let’s look at the most significant data you must know about Advil.
This drug can grow your risk of life-threatening heart or circulation difficulties, like heart attack or stroke. This risk will increase the longer you use it. Do not use this drug just prior to or following having heart bypass a surgical treatment (also named coronary artery bypass graft, or CABG).
Look for emergency medical aid for those who have signs and symptoms of heart or circulation difficulties, for example chest pain, weakness, shortness of breath, slurred speech, or problems with vision or stability. This drug may also enhance your threat of severe results within the abdomen or intestines, including bleeding or perforation (forming of a hole).
Contact your medical professional at once if you have signs and symptoms of bleeding inside your abdomen or intestines. This consists of black, bloody, or tarry stools, or coughing up blood or vomit that seems to be like coffee grounds. Do not take more Advil than is recommended. An overdose may cause damage to your stomach or intestines. Use only the smallest amount of ibuprofen required to have relief from your pain, swelling, or fever.
The unwanted side effects of taking this sound scary to me, how about you? Isn’t it worth taking a look at methods that may prevent you from having pain in the first place? I think so and that is how I live my life. So, I wanted to share with you the best way to go about freeing oneself from feeling discomfort and enjoying your life the way it was intended, without pumping drugs into the body.
Decreasing Or Getting rid of Inflammation
Consume raw meals as much as you possibly can, consuming cooked food produces inflammation in the body.
Remove drugs and prescription drugs, in case you have to ween down, that’s fine in place of going cold turkey.
Don’t eat processed food, it just compounds the situation and increases inflammation which causes pain.
Consider a pure Antioxidant solution day-to-day, this eats up free radicals and reduces inflammation.
I’ve helped hundreds of folks reduce or remove inflammation by implementing the four steps above. It’s essential to know inflammation results in illness each time, it is not a question of if, but when. And, it’s also critical to know, it’s a process and may be completed in steps, it’s not difficult.
